The influence and friendships of the College extend well beyond school years. The ExECS, (ex-ELTHAM College Students and Staff), provides a network for ex-students and staff of ELTHAM to maintain contact and communication between members and the College. ExECS can also join the enthusiastic ranks of the Eltham Collegians Football Club and Eltham Collegians Cricket Club.

ExECS is an active group that arranges reunions, newsletters, communication through a website database and guest speakers for current student events. Its 3,500 + members also include a growing number of former students who are now College parents.
