The Music Man Jr
The Music Man Jr. tells the story of a travelling salesman who travels to cities pretending to teach young people how to play a musical instrument (mostly, the trombone) by “thinking” about the musical notes. Then, when he receives the money while also enticing young women, he leaves town and moves to the next, leaving kids (and ladies) heartbroken.
The musical is perfect for the whole family, with famous and catchy music by Meredith Wilson. Popular songs include “Till There Was You”, “76 Trombones”, “Ya Got Trouble” and “Shipoopi”.
The Music Man Jr. is a one-hour, condensed version of the original.
