ELTHAM College is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Community Engagement Coordinator, with exceptional relationship building, communications and events management skills, to join their marketing and engagement team in a full-time, ongoing position.

This role is responsible for coordinating the College Community Engagement Plan in line with key College strategic objectives, ensuring excellent customer experience across stakeholder groups, with particular attention to current families, students school volunteers, alumni and valued friends of the College. You have experience in maintaining strong governance frameworks including committee meetings and documentation.
You are a dedicated and professional engagement enthusiast with a strong team player mentality, stepping in to support your wider team when needed.
What you bring to the role:
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build relationships with key groups
- Experience with:
- Volunteer coordination
- Supporting the delivery of events and other community engagement opportunities
- Using communications channels, including Facebook, to engage important stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of child safe practices including reporting requirements
