We are seeking an experienced and collaborative VIT registered Junior School Team Leader who will also contribute to the classroom as an exemplary teacher. This dual role provides an opportunity to lead, mentor, and support a team of passionate educators while maintaining a strong connection to teaching and learning.
This role is commencing Term 1, 2026.

About the Role
The Junior School Team Leader will:
- Lead and support a team of Years 3-6 Teachers to deliver high-quality, student-centred learning programs.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture aligned with the College’s values and vision.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and learning differentiation across year levels.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to colleagues to promote professional growth.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the Junior School.
- Maintain a teaching load and model best practice in pedagogy, classroom management, and student wellbeing.
