ELTHAM College is an open entry, co-educational independent school that celebrates individuality. We welcome students of all backgrounds, talents, and abilities.
We accept applications for entry across all year levels from Early Learning (3 and 4 year old Kindergarten) to Year 12, where places are available.
The Admission Process
To begin the admission process, please complete our application form. Select the relevant option below.
International students must return their application form to the Admissions Office, together with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and the non-refundable $100 application fee.
Following submission of your application form, you will be contacted once processing of your child’s year level of entry commences.
Next steps
Student information and interview
When we are ready to process your child’s year level of entry, we will ask you to complete our Supplementary Academic Information Form and return this together with a copy of your child’s most recent school and NAPLAN reports (if applicable). Once this has been received, you and your child will be invited to attend an interview.
Offer
Based on the Supplementary Academic Information Form, reports and interview, a Letter of Offer may be forwarded. This will include Acceptance and Confirmation of Place documentation.
Acceptance
Domestic students
The Acceptance and Confirmation of Place documentation is to be returned within 14 days of receiving the Letter of Offer, together with payment of relevant fees. Once this is returned, your child has secured a place at ELTHAM. More information is contained in the Confirmation of Place Agreement. This document is provided at the time of offer.
International students
As above, with documentation returned within three weeks of receiving the Letter of Offer and payment. More information is contained in the Rules and Regulations, and Procedure for Admission and Confirmation of Places documents. These documents are provided at the time of offer.
