ELTHAM College is seeking an enthusiastic team player with exceptional coordination and high-level interpersonal skills to support the admissions function and processes, within the greater Community Engagement and Experience Team. The successful candidate will build warm and supportive relationships with our community of prospective families.

This is a full-time, onsite, ongoing position.

ELTHAM College is an independent co-educational school located in the Nillumbik Shire, on a stunning ninety-eight acres, in the northeast of Melbourne. This role reports to and collaborates with the Manager of Student Recruitment and Marketing, acting as deputy when required.

This role is key to the implementation of enrolment strategies and initiatives. This role contributes to the marketing of the ELTHAM College education, working collaboratively with colleagues in marketing communications. The Admissions Coordinator will contribute to the broader College community engagement program of events, which may require out of hours work from time to time.

What you bring to the role:

  • Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring a great customer experience
  • Previous experience with admissions and enrolment systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels (both internal and external of the College)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team and actively support team members
  • Knowledge and understanding of international student regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
  • Knowledge of child safe practices, including reporting requirements
