College Receptionist
We are seeking a professional, welcoming and highly organised Casual Receptionist to provide ad-hoc relief coverage at our Main Reception.
This role is ideal for someone with strong availability and flexibility who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being the first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors.
Please note, this is a truly casual role with no guaranteed hours. Shifts will be offered on an ad-hoc basis to cover staff absences and operational needs, therefore flexibility and availability are essential.

About the Role
As a Casual Receptionist, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of the College reception area, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and reception duties.
- Greeting and assisting visitors, students, parents and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Handling administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintaining reception and visitor processes
- Supporting staff with general administration as required
- Managing competing priorities in a busy front office environment
About you
- Previous reception or front office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Reliability, flexibility and good availability for ad-hoc work
- Demonstrated knowledge of child safe practices
Experience working within a school environment and using Synergetic would be highly regarded.
