ELTHAM College is seeking a passionate and dedicated, VIT registered French Teacher to join our talented LOTE Team, with great part-time hours (0.8) in an ongoing role.

This role supports the Head of LOTE in increasing the profile of language acquisition across the College, promoting multicultural understanding, particularly through the lens of the target language and culture, and actively engaging the broader school community. The role supports authentic learning experiences and encourages students to be courageous, confident language learners.
About you:
- A high-level knowledge of the subject area, able to teach VCE French
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality language programs in the target language, incorporating contemporary language teaching pedagogy
- A proven track record in the delivery of specialised subject area content that promotes engagement, inclusion, and cultural understanding
- Evidence of regular participation in professional learning, with a focus on maintaining currency in language education and broader pedagogical approaches
