ELTHAM College is seeking an enthusiastic and supportive Integration Aide to join our Student Services Team in a fixed Term position from the start of Term 3, 2025 to the end of Term 1, 2026. This position will be working with our senior school students in years 7-12.
We are seeking a full-time appointment; however, we will consider part-time/job share arrangements.

This role reports to and collaboratively works with Head of Student Services.
What you bring to the role:
- Experience supporting students with specific learning needs, disabilities, and diverse backgrounds in an education environment
- Certificate III in Education Support/Certificate III in Education (Teacher Aide/Assistant) or an equivalent approved qualification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team
- High levels of literacy and numeracy skills, including excellent handwriting and typing skills
- An ability to work independently supporting students within a variety of subject areas, including in a 1:1 capacity, as required
- Awareness, understanding and sensitivity of other cultures and their practices, beliefs, and values
- Supports diversity and inclusion and champions inclusivity in a calm, caring and respectful manner
- Be willing to work as part of a positive and supportive team to achieve the college values
- Demonstrated knowledge of child safe practices including reporting requirements
