ELTHAM College is seeking a qualified and highly skilled Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Co-educator to join our program, which caters to children aged 3 - 12 years.

Position details:

  • Tuesday to Friday 3.00pm to 6.30pm 
  • Wednesday and Friday 3.00pm to 6.30pm
  • Minimum qualification - Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Care

The Co-educator will support the Head of Early Learning and the OSHC Administrator by sharing knowledge and supervising children aged 3 to 12 years in a caring environment that respects each child’s unique learning style and abilities. The Co-educator is expected to understand and comply with the College’s strategic intent and the goals and key activities outlined for the position.

What you bring to the role: 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, supporting activities in after school care and holiday programs
  • Demonstrated experience in an OSHC or Early Childhood environment
  • Demonstrated experience with setting up the room, ready for the day, clean up and pack up
  • Involvement in, or contributions to, the school community beyond the classroom
  • Evidence of regular involvement in professional learning
