ELTHAM College is seeking a super organised Administration Assistant with exceptional interpersonal skills, to join their Performing Arts Team in a fixed term (12 months), part-time (0.4 FTE), across three days a week.
It is highly desirable for you to have experience in an administrative/co-ordination role in either the education sector or Arts industry.

This role will support the College’s various Performing Arts programs, providing administrative assistance to staff, parents and students to ensure that all facets of the vibrant Music and Performing Arts programs operate efficiently at all times. This is an administrative role working with the for the Music Department and liaising with the Performing Arts Coordinator and the Director of Music (DoM).
What you bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative/co-ordination role in either the education sector or Arts industry
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, coupled with an impeccable organisation and coordination skills
- Passion for the Arts and Music
- Demonstrated knowledge of child safe practices including reporting requirements
