ELTHAM College Colour Run

Get ready for an afternoon of colour, fun, House spirit and service at the inaugural ELTHAM College Colour Run & Obstacle Course!

Taking place on Wednesday 7 October 2026, this whole-College event will bring students together as part of the first whole-College fundraiser for our Service Learning Program.

Event Details

Date: Wednesday 7 October 2026
Time: 12.45pm - 3:00pm
Location: ELTHAM College – Pavilion and Environmental Oval

The afternoon will include:

• Colour Run
• Obstacle course
• Giant games
• BBQ
• Service Learning activities

The Colour Run is a whole-school activity, with participation expected. Parents and carers are welcome to come along and watch the fun.

Students who are unable to participate will be provided with an alternative supervised activity on campus.

Supporting Our House Charities

As part of the Colour Run, families are invited to make a $10 donation to their child's House charity.

What Students Should Wear

Students should wear:

• A white T-shirt
• Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities
• Closed-toe running shoes
• Clothing that can get wet and covered in coloured powder
• Protective glasses, which will be supplied
• A face mask or bandanna is recommended for students who would prefer additional protection from the powder

The colour powder is designed to wash out with normal water and detergent.

Registration & Permission

There are two components to the registration process:

1. Humanitix
Families register for the Colour Run and make their $10 donation to their child's House charity.

2. EdSmart
Parents/carers must complete the required permission for their child to participate. This permission form will be sent separately shortly.
